Abstract
AI is developing quickly and offers considerable prospects for economic development; nevertheless, it presents crucial challenges for instance, skills development and its effect on employee's jobs in developing economies. This research will seek to establish the current state of AI related skills deficits and training in these economies to establish how governments and organizations can close the gaps by preparing the workforce for the future AI revolution.
