Description

A photographic reduction from the engineer's original tracing of the Emerald Shores Township and its lots located on the north side of the Tennessee River near Lee Highway about four and a half miles northeast of Wilson Dam in the Muscle Shoals District of Alabama. Specifically, Emerald Shores is located in the west half of section twenty-three, township two south, range ten west, in Lauderdale County, Alabama both east and southeast of Shoals Creek, and contains approximately 42 acres, with 11.6 acres in said section, while the latter lies below what is known as the 505-contour line subject to overflow rights of the United States Government.
