Dear Bill,
How can I begin to thank you for the stalwart support that you have given me during these many years that we have struggled to get the Wheeler project moving? Your constancy and commitment are an inspiration to all of us.
As we move to a different level of support, I hope that you will join The Friends and promote membership in the Florence area. I believe that this organization has the potential to enlist the grass- roots support that is so sorely needed at Wheeler.

Meanwhile, may 1996 bring health, happiness and prosperity to you and Dorothy.
Sincerely,
Milly
