Description

Men's Dormitory, Florence State College (1957 - 1968), Florence (Alabama). Depicts dormitory now known as LaGrange Hall. Text on verso reads: "Men's Dormitory, Florence State College, Florence (Alabama) One of three new buildings costing one and one-half million dollars opened in 1962 on the campus of historic Florence State College. The college originally opened in 1832 under the first college charter granted by the State of Alabama. Facilities in this building include lounges, laundry rooms and a branch library.
