Description
Correspondence between Dr. Elizabeth Martin, dean of the School of Nursing at the University of North Alabama and Frenesi Wilson, PhD candidate at the University of Texas-Austin, concerning employment. Within in this November and December 1975 correspondence, Frenesi Wilson decline's Dean Martin's offer of a faculty position as an assistant professor due to the commitment of her PhD program. However, Dr. Wilson eventually joins the program as dean on July 19, 1976.
