Depiction of Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Village #3 overlooking the Tennessee River and Wilson Dam construction. Village #3 is now Veteran's Park and was once known as Cedar Hill or Center Hill from 1918 through the 1940s. The steamboat depicted in the right background of the image is the McPhearson (possibly misspelled and actually McPherson).
