Although this photograph is part of the Hardy Evans Collection, it deviates, as the caption indicates, from the subject matter of the rest of the collection. This particular photograph is not directly concerned with the construction of the Wilson Dam but is instead a representation of an old mill that was flooded after the creation of Wilson Lake.
